No, while our golf cart rentals do have headlights, turn signals, horn, rear-view mirror and tail lights, they do not fit NCDOT's definition of street legal.
We only deliver golf carts within 50 miles of our location.
Golf cart renters and drivers must hold a valid driver’s license, have liability insurance, and are responsible for following all North Carolina motor vehicle driving laws. Primary renters must be 21 or older with a valid driver's license. Drivers must be 18 or older and have a valid driver's license.
All of our golf carts are equipped with headlights and tail lights, turn signals, windshields, rear-view mirrors and fold down back seats, cup holders and armrest for the back, and even fishing rod holders! Perfect for hauling all of your gear around.
We will review the steps for recharging your cart upon delivery. We encourage recharging the cart when not in use. Please recharge the cart each night, overnight. The charger will be stowed under the front seat. Simply plug the charger into a standard outlet and the other end to the golf cart charge port. Charger will indicate when cart is fully charged. We require carts to be fully charged at the end of a multi-day and weekly rental. Please contact us with any charging concerns, so we can help to resolve any issues right away.
The responsibility is the same as for a rental car or any other rental item. The registered renter is fully responsible for any citations received, damages, or neglect of the golf cart during the rental.

If the golf cart is available for the duration of the desired extended period you may increase your rental duration at the cost of regular pricing.
Yes, you may be able to pick-up the golf cart using your own road worthy trailer. The trailer must be a minimum of 5x10. Please call if you wish to book a cart in where you pick-up and return your rental cart.
Yes, we charge a $75 fee that covers the delivery and pickup of the rental within a 50 mile radius of Vanceboro , NC
In North Carolina, the laws for operating golf carts on highways are as follows:
Eligibility for Operation on Highways:
